Happener is honoured to have been selected as the Exclusive Global Digital Recruitment Partner for Earth Hour 2009. As concerned citizens of the world, we are pleased to play our part in contributing to the success of this event through assembling a world class digital team. The digital strategy will involve building what looks like being the worlds biggest mashup. Digital engagement is key to achieving the objective of Earth Hour 2009 - which is to involve one billion people in the event and display to the leaders of the world that there truly is a global mandate to act on climate change.

More About Earth Hour
Earth Hour, run by WWF, the conservation organisation, is a global climate change initiative which calls on individuals and businesses around the world, to turn off their lights for one hour on Saturday March 28 2009 between 8 pm and 9pm.
The aim of the campaign is to express that individual action on a mass scale can help change our planet for the better.
The event itself will clearly demonstrate in participating cities, the connection between energy usage and climate change, showing that we as broader community can address the biggest threat our planet has ever faced.
