Due to steady growth, one of our wonderful Sydney-based clients is seeking a senior front-end developer that is looking to further their career in a fun yet highly professional environment. This mid-sized company is home to experts in a wide range of fields including front-end coding, graphic design, branding, information architecture and rich media.

This role is involved in projects throughout their life cycle, from initial concept through to development and delivery. As such it is essential that you are a strong communicator and able to take a leadership position with respect to front-end solutions and the mentoring of junior team members.

If you have the following attributes, I’d love to hear from you:

# High level front-end programming skills (XHTML/CSS, Javascript)
# A fanatic devotion to web standards and accessibility
# Deep knowledge of popular Javascript libraries such as prototype, scriptaculous, yahooUI, etc.
# Familiarity with SVN
# A knowledge of OOP, Actionscript, PHP/MySQL/RoR would be advantageous
