• Ability to conceptualise solutions that meet the branding, business and technical objectives of the project
• Graphic production skills
• Competence with CSS/HTML/JavaScript coding and problem solving
• Competence with Flash and animation techniques
• Knowledge of graphics software & creative development processes
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and commit to deadlines
• ‘Can do’ attitude
• Continually innovative and provide new recommendations
• Initiative & enthusiasm!!

It goes without saying that being across SNS such as Facebook, Twitter, Gleamd, Pownce (etc.) would be viewed as a very good thing for this role - edginess is in and the fringe is the future.
