You should have: solid commercial .NET development experience and high level skills in ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2000, HTML; experience in a test driven development environment with unit testing and continuous integration; experience working with clients and acting as a technical lead. Microsoft Certification in .NET Technologies and a relevant tertiary qualification in computer science is highly regarded, but not as essential as your relevant experience. If you’re already working with or exploring .NET Framework 3.0, WPF/Silverlight then we should definitely speak about some quite exciting upcoming opportunities!
